Onika Miller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy and Accountability Officer at the Caribbean Development Bank since October 2023, Onika previously led the FIA Innovation Fund as Head from March 2020 to April 2023. Prior to this, Onika was the Managing Director of the MCS Group at The Jamaica National Group from January 2017 to February 2020 and held the position of Executive for Government Relations and Public Policy at Jamaica National Building Society from October 2015 to December 2016. Between November 2009 and September 2015, Onika served as Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister of Jamaica, and as Chief Technical Director in the Office of the Cabinet, Jamaica from January 2006 to December 2009. Onika holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science from The University of the West Indies, Mona.
