Dr. Eduardo R. Ali serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Caribbean Examinations Council, leading Western Zone Operations and spearheading stakeholder management and brand awareness initiatives. With prior experience as a Senior Consultant and Adviser for International Education and Development, Dr. Ali enhanced organizational strategy and performance in international educational institutions. As the Executive Director of Higher Education Regulatory Compliance and Accreditation, responsibilities included strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational management related to institutional accreditation and compliance. Previous roles include Director of Institutional Effectiveness at American University of Ras Al Khaimah and numerous consultancy positions focusing on educational research, policy development, and capacity building across various organizations, including UNESCO and CARICOM. Dr. Ali holds a Doctor of Education from The University of Sheffield, with a focus on education policy studies.
