Manny Melendez is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in guest relations and customer service. Currently serving as a Guest Relations Executive at Caribe Hilton since January 2023, Manny previously worked as a Customer Care Professional from July 2021 to January 2023. Prior experience includes an Operations Manager role at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from April 2019 to April 2021, where operational oversight was paramount. Additionally, as a Project Manager at The Outlet 66 Mall from March 2018 to April 2019, Manny managed renovations and project completions for new entertainment facilities. A foundational career stage was spent at El Conquistador as a Hotel Assistant Manager from October 1993 to April 2019. Education includes studies at the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2009.
