Amy Cohen is an accomplished professional in revenue management with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Complex Director of Revenue Management at Caribe Royale Orlando since October 2020, Amy previously held the same title at Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando from July 2015 to October 2020. Prior experience includes Area Director of Revenue Management for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where responsibilities encompassed strategic development and implementation of yield management for six prestigious brands. Additionally, Amy served as Director of Yield Management at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, overseeing yield management strategies for over 2,200 guest rooms and extensive function space. Amy's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
