Laura Hartmann

Laura Hartmann, CPCE, PBC, currently serves as the Director of Event & Catering Experience and Director of Group Events at Caribe Royale Orlando since November 2021. Hartmann has a rich background in event management, previously holding positions as Blog Contributor at Corporate Event News and Contributing Author & Brand Ambassador at City Lifestyle from January 2021 to March 2025. As a Co-Founder of H&F Redefined, Hartmann has facilitated a promotional network that supports colleagues affected by layoffs and furloughs through a brand-to-brand marketing approach. Previous roles include Director of Events at DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld, Assistant Director of Events at Hilton Orlando, and Sr. Event Manager at Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. Hartmann's career in the hospitality industry began as an Executive Meeting Manager & Wedding Specialist at Marriott Orlando Downtown. Hartmann holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality: Event Management from the University of Central Florida.
