Alexis Juneja is the Chief People Officer at Caribou. Alexis has over fifteen years of experience in people operations, talent acquisition and development, workplace operations, corporate IT, brand and communications.

Juneja began their career as an angel investor and venture partner with NextGen Venture Partners. Alexis then became the Vice President of People & Culture at Vox Media, Inc. where they oversaw all aspects of people operations for the company. In January 2019, they joined Arcadia as the SVP of People & Impact. At Arcadia, they were responsible for building out the people function, designing and implementing performance management and compensation programs, overhauling benefits, and evolving the company's employer branding. Alexis left Arcadia in June 2020 due to the pandemic.

Currently, Juneja is the Chief People Officer at Caribou. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of people operations including talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, benefits, and workplace culture.

Alexis Juneja has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BA in Economics from Wesleyan, and a high school diploma from St. Paul's School. Alexis is also certified as a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute.
