Jason Hoffman

Jason Hoffman is an accomplished pharmacy professional with extensive experience in clinical pharmacy and pharmacy education. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Pharmacy Services at Carilion Clinic since July 2006, Jason has also held roles including Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services and Residency Program Director for the PGY2 critical care residency, which began in July 2013. In addition, Jason contributes to academia as a Senior Instructor at the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine and Research Institute and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University. With foundational training as a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at Johns Hopkins Hospital followed by a PGY2 Critical Care residency, Jason holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Virginia.
