Paul Muddiman

Paul Muddiman has extensive work experience in the field of contact center operations. Paul is currently the Director of Call Center Operations at Carilion Clinic since May 2020. Prior to this, they worked at UVA Health System as a Manager of the Contact Center from April 2014 to May 2020.

Before joining UVA Health System, Paul served as the VP and Contact Center Manager at First Citizens Bank & Trust of South Carolina from December 2011 to April 2014. Paul also worked at First Citizens Bank as VP and Manager of the Telephone Banking Site from April 2001 to December 2011.

Paul'searlier roles include Team Leader at Wachovia from July 1998 to April 2001, and Senior Correspondence Representative at Capital One from November 1996 to December 1997.

Paul Muddiman received their BS degree in Biology from Emory & Henry College, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
