Rebecca Underwood

Rebecca Underwood started their work experience in 1996 as an Administrator at Professional Rehab Associates. Rebecca then joined Carilion Clinic in 2004, where they held various roles including Director Surgical Services and Director. At Carilion Clinic, Rebecca showcased their skills in operational efficiency, patient safety, financial management, and project management. Rebecca successfully launched DaVinici surgery and played a key role in OR renovations. Rebecca also implemented shared governance, involving surgeons in department decisions.

Rebecca Underwood obtained a Master of Science in Nursing Administration degree from Jefferson College of Health Sciences between 2011 and 2014.
