Sara Tracy is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in digital health transformation and telehealth consulting. Currently serving as the Digital Health Transformation Director at Carilion Clinic since December 2020, Sara has also worked as a Telehealth Consultant for the same organization earlier in 2020. Previously, at Kaiser Permanente, Sara held several leadership roles, including Director of Virtual Care, where notable achievements included implementing innovative care channels that significantly improved patient engagement and satisfaction, and achieving substantial cost reductions. With a strong educational background in Public Health and Biochemistry, Sara Tracy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the healthcare sector.
