Trip Humphrey

Trip Humphrey, MBA, has a solid work experience in the field of data science and management. Starting in 2007 with Networking Technologies and Support, Inc. as a Full Time Consultant, they gained expertise in consulting and technology. In 2008, they moved to Bon Secours Richmond as an Application Systems Analyst before transitioning to Bon Secours Health System in 2011. At Bon Secours Health System, they held roles such as Applications Team Lead, Enterprise Applications Manager, and Manager of Data Science. In 2020, Trip joined Daedalus Consulting as an Applied Data Science Consultant. Currently, they are working at Carilion Clinic as the Director of Data Science since May 2023. Overall, Trip has a strong background in data science and management, gained through their varied roles in different organizations.

Trip Humphrey, MBA obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Longwood University from 2002 to 2005. They later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business, completing it from 2010 to 2015. In terms of additional certifications, Trip Humphrey obtained a variety of certifications, including the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2023, the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in November 2016, and the CPHIMS certification from HIMSS in 2012. Additionally, Trip Humphrey acquired various certifications related to the Epic platform, including the Cognitive Computing Badge, Epic Clinical Data Model, Epic Clarity, Epic Caboodle, and Epic Cogito, all obtained in 2018.
