The current leadership team at Carilion Clinic has a wide range of experience in the healthcare industry. The team includes the Chief Operating Officer, who previously worked at HCA Healthcare, and the Director of Oncology and Medical Surgical Services, who also previously worked at HCA Healthcare. The team also includes the President and CEO of Carilion New River Valley Medical Center, as well as the Newsletter Editor for the Roanoke Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Assistants. The team's experience also extends to working with community service organizations, such as Piedmont Community Services and Danville-Pittsylvania Community Services. Finally, the team includes a Director of Nursing with experience working at Correct Care Solutions.
