Shannon Smith

Shannon Smith is the current Foundation Director at Carillon. Shannon has been in this role for 4 years and 9 months and is responsible for managing the overall fundraising program on behalf of the community as well as providing support for the Carillon Foundation. Prior to this, Shannon was a Business Relationship Manager at Express Employment Professionals for 1 year and 5 months. In this role, Shannon got to meet and visit with amazing business owners and decision makers and find ways to assist in recruiting, hiring and retaining talent. Before that, Shannon was the Director of Development at Texas Tech University for 2 years and 10 months. In this role, Shannon worked with prospective donors to match their desires with those of the university, colleges and programs within Texas Tech University. Shannon also served as an integral part of the College, working closely with college administration, department chairs and faculty.

Shannon Smith has a Bachelor of Science from West Texas A&M University in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Shannon also has an Associate of Science from South Plains College.
