Carlos Melgar

Carlos Melgar currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Carillon Miami Wellness Resort and Alchemy Wellness Resorts, positions held since September 2023. Prior to these roles, Carlos held various senior financial positions at Hotel Equities from November 2008 to September 2023, including Senior Vice President Finance and Compliance and Vice President of Finance. Carlos also served as Controller at Premier Hotel Corporation from 2002 to 2008 and as Senior Financial Analyst at Choice Hotels from 1998 to 2000. Earlier in their career, Carlos was Financial Analytics Manager at American Residential Mortgage from 1987 to 1994. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Arizona, completed in May 1986.
