Tristan Brandt is a distinguished culinary professional with extensive experience in the gastronomy industry. Currently a member of the culinary team at Sonnenberg Restaurant and epoca by Tristan Brandt, Tristan collaborates with Executive Chef Niklas Oberhofer and Host Marc Wyss. Since November 2022, Tristan has also served as Patron of the Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, and as a consultant through Tristan Brandt Gastro GmbH & Co. KG, focusing on the development of gastronomic concepts worldwide. Other notable roles include Patron of Riva by Tristan Brandt, and prior service as Patron at epoca by Tristan Brandt in Waldhaus Flims Wellness Resort. Tristan has held various leadership positions, including Geschäftsführer for 959 Heidelberg Stadtgarten GmbH & Co. KG and Engelhorn Gastro GmbH, and has a background as Sous Chef at MS Europa Restaurant Dieter Müller. Tristan’s culinary journey began with educational training at Hotelfachschule Heidelberg and culminated in a foundational degree from BBS GHS.
