James Hrisho

James Hrisho is an accomplished software engineering executive with extensive experience in leading development teams and projects across various companies. Currently serving as the VP of Software Engineering at Cariloop since June 2023, James previously held key engineering roles at CareRev, including Director of Software Engineering and Senior Software Engineering Manager, as well as Director of Engineering at Maxwell Health. At Maxwell Health, James managed multiple distributed teams, spearheaded the development of a voluntary benefits enrollment platform, and played a crucial role in replatforming the member enrollment experience. Earlier career experiences include software engineering positions at PlatformQ, Ictus Initiative, Harvard Media and Technology Services, Burning Bridge, and Emerson College. James holds a B.A. in Audio Recording and Music Appreciation from Emerson College and a high school diploma in Physics from Sachem High School.
