Kassie Sturm

As Customer Success Manager on the Customer Experience team, Kassie works with Cariloop’s HR partners to figure out the best ways to assist employees and members who work with Cariloop’s Care Coaches.

Kassie began her career working for a podiatry clinic while she attended the University of North Texas. When she graduated, she continued to work there full-time for about 8 years total.

She then went to work for a home healthcare company and did sales for about a year. In this role, Kassie learned about Alzheimer’s and Dementia, which she says later helped her a lot when she became a primary caregiver for her father-in-law, who has Alzheimer’s Disease.
