In partnership with labor unions, government agencies and community partners, we bring good jobs to care providers, so they can focus on their passion – caring for others.

The Product and Design team at Carina is responsible for developing and enhancing the user experience of Carina's matching service platform. This includes conceptualizing and implementing design strategies to ensure the interface remains safe, user-friendly, and efficient for both care seekers and providers.
