Tyler Vuxta joined Caring in September 2019 as Director of Operations, and was promoted to Vice President in March 2021. Tyler is responsible for leadership over strategic initiatives involving our call center operations, and spearheads recruiting, training, and onboarding to accommodate growth of our the inside sales team.
Prior to joining Caring, Tyler worked as an associate management consultant for Six Sigma Academy (SSA), traveling full-time and helping multinational clients optimize their operations and organizational structure. Prior to SSA, Tyler spent 6 years at Red Ventures, a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of digital companies specializing in customer acquisition through digital and telesales channels. Tyler served in both operational and marketing roles at Red, gaining exposure and expertise in full-funnel analytics and digital literacy.
Tyler graduated from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA with a double major in finance and economics. Starting in high school and throughout his college years, Tyler volunteered assisting seniors at a retirement community in Elizabethtown, PA. This helped him empathize with the challenges many seniors face, and the world of difference a quality senior living community can make. Since college, Tyler has volunteered with the American Red Cross, focusing on initiatives supporting seniors in the local community when possible. Due to this perspective and Tyler’s experience with his own family members, he’s passionate about giving every Caring caller and their loved ones a world-class experience.
