Rachel Lau

Rachel Lau is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and venture capital. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Iris Capital Partners Malaysia, the first private credit fund in the country, and as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at RHL Ventures, Rachel has demonstrated a commitment to innovative investment solutions. Rachel serves on the board of several prominent companies, including Versa, Caring Pharmacy, GNC, Glife Technologies, and Signature Market. Additionally, Rachel contributes expertise as a member of the Panel of Experts for the Ministry of Youth and Sports and serves on the Board of Directors for Privasia Technology Berhad. Previous experience includes a role as Vice President at Heitman, focusing on Asia Pacific equities. Rachel holds a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from The Australian National University, complemented by Executive Education in Behavioral Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
