Brook Conner

Brook Conner has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and community engagement fields. From June 2020 to May 2023, they served as the Director of Community Engagement at Caring Transitions, where they successfully led project teams, implemented workflow improvement processes, and provided training to team associates. They also worked as a Resource Staff Chaplain at Northside Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022, offering spiritual care to patients, families, and staff, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic.
