Monitoring And Evaluation Director- Santé Project at Caris Foundation

Elektra Carras-Terzian has a work experience that includes roles at Caris Foundation and Columbia University Irving Medical Center. At Caris Foundation, Elektra worked as a Technical Project Manager from July 2012 to December 2013, and as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the BEST Project from December 2013 to December 2017. Elektra then became the Monitoring and Evaluation Director for the Santé Project starting in December 2017. At Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Elektra held the position of Senior Technician at the HVTN and ACTG Clinical Research Site from August 2008 to May 2012.

Elektra Carras-Terzian completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Biology and Spanish from The Johns Hopkins University between 2002 and 2006. Later, they pursued their Master's in Public Health (MPH) with a focus on Epidemiology from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Probability and Data from Duke University in November 2016.
