Eric Matthews

Eric Matthews serves as the Chief Business Officer at Caris Life Sciences since April 2025. Previously, Eric held the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Arcus Biosciences from June 2019 to April 2025 and was Vice President of Global Marketing for Immuno-Oncology at AstraZeneca from September 2017 to June 2019. Eric's extensive experience includes significant positions at Genentech, Roche Pharmaceuticals, and GlaxoSmithKline, where responsibilities ranged from Lifecycle Leader for various oncology treatments to Global Commercial Director for Avastin. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Health Sector Management and a Master’s Degree in Health Policy & Economics from Duke University, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Economics from the same institution.
