Roger Alexander is an accomplished professional in the field of scientific communications and outreach with extensive experience in academia and research institutions. Currently serving as the Director of Scientific Communications at Caris Life Sciences since August 2023, Roger previously held the position of Director of Scientific Outreach at the Extracellular RNA Communication Consortium for a decade. Contributions to the scientific community also include a role as Senior Staff Scientist at the Pacific Northwest Research Institute and a postdoctoral fellowship at Yale University. Roger earned a PhD in Biology with a focus on Bioinformatics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where studies were completed from 2003 to 2007, following a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech obtained between 1997 and 1999.
