Sophie Shapcott

Sophie Shapcott is an experienced commodities headhunter currently working at Carisbrook Partners since October 2022, specializing in global management of agricultural and metals markets. Prior to this role, Sophie held various positions at Selby Jennings from June 2019 to August 2022, progressing from Consultant to Principal Consultant, focusing on recruiting for commodity front office positions in the international agricultural, softs, and energy markets, particularly in the EMEA region and North America. Sophie also gained experience as a Client Services Coordinator at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure and as a Client Services Intern at Catch Digital, along with previous roles in marketing and talent at Food Alert Limited. Sophie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from Bournemouth University and a Foundation Degree in Art & Design from the University of the Arts London.
