Diane Nicolo

Ms. Nicolo has spent the last 30 years in a variety of executive administrative roles, primarily working with Joe Berardo, Carisk Partners Chief Executive Officer. She is responsible for managing Mr. Berardo’s time, logistics, and business operations. She performs similar tasks, as needed, for other members of the Executive Management Team and Advisory Council. She has also been instrumental in several marketing initiatives, most notably the development of Carisk’s website.

Previously, Ms. Nicolo was the Director of Administration and Marketing Manager for MagnaCare and served in executive support roles at MultiPlan and Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where she began her career as an Administrative Assistant.

She attended Mercy College on an athletic scholarship.
