Linara Gabitova

Linara Gabitova has been working in the field of cancer research since 2011. Linara began their career as a Graduate Student at Fox Chase Cancer Center as part of a cooperative partnering program with Kazan Federal University. During their time at Fox Chase, they conducted doctoral research focused on the regulation of cholesterol homeostasis as an important target for cancer treatment under the supervision of Dr. Igor Astsaturov. In 2019, they began working as a Scientist at Carisma Therapeutics.

Linara Gabitova has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry from Kazan State University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015. Linara also holds a Master's Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Kazan State University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2011.
