Terry Shields

Terry Shields has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in the biotech and biopharma industries. They have worked in strategic human resources consulting for both private and public biotech and biopharma companies at various stages of development, including discovery, development, and commercialization. Terry has held roles such as Consultant and Head of Human Resources for companies like Spirovant Sciences, Carisma Therapeutics, Aevi Genomic Medicine, and Amring Pharmaceuticals. Their specialties include talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, workforce planning, organizational design, change management, employee engagement and retention, and managing complex employee relations issues.
