Tom Nesteruk

Tom Nesteruk is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the Head of Global Workforce Strategy and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at AdventHealth since January 2019. Nesteruk leads the HR Shared Services function, managing over 500 team members and developing the organization's Global Workforce Strategy. Prior to AdventHealth, Nesteruk held the position of Executive Vice President of Shared Services at CACI International Inc, where responsibilities included designing and operating a multi-functional shared services center. Nesteruk also served as Head of HR Shared Services and Site Executive at BAE Systems, and as Global HR Shared Business Services U.S. Lead at Merck. Earlier career experience includes serving as Region Director of Human Resources for Time Warner Cable & Bright House Networks. Nesteruk holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
