Preeti Guria is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Caritas Australia since April 2020, focusing on integrating key strategic pillars into programs and fostering a culture of trust and accountability. Previously, Preeti held significant HR leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources at Nagravision India Pvt Ltd, Head HR at L&T Technology Services Limited, and HR Head at Vodafone. Preeti's extensive career spans various organizations, including Aditya Birla Minacs, ING Vysya Life Insurance, IBM India Pvt. Limited, GE Capital International Services, PwC, and Caltex Lubricants Middle East. Preeti holds an MBA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a BA in Economics Honours from G.G.P.G. College in Bhopal.
