Gretchen Horner-Wright

Gretchen Horner-Wright is a seasoned physical therapist with extensive experience in home health care and skilled nursing. Currently serving as a Contract Home Health Care Physical Therapist at Caritas Christi Health Care since April 2010, Gretchen provides in-home physical therapy treatment and evaluation in the south shore of Boston. In addition, Gretchen has been a Contract Physical Therapist at Kindred Healthcare since October 2009, working in sub-acute, long-term care, and skilled nursing environments. Gretchen's professional journey also includes a role as a Home Care Physical Therapist at Steward Health Care, starting in 2009. Gretchen holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Simmons University, earned between 1999 and 2005.
