They have worked as business directors and managers at various companies, such as Helsingin Diakonissalaitoksen Hoiva Oy, Caritas Palvelut Oy, and Rinnekoti. They have also attended prestigious universities, such as the University of Jyväskylä and Háskóli Íslands, where they studied gerontology and public health science.
