Alain Castille has extensive experience in the technology and non-profit sectors, spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Volontaire at Caritas International.be since November 2017, Alain assists in housing search for newly recognized refugees. Alain is also an active coach with DUO for a JOB, focusing on intergenerational coaching since November 2016. Prior to retirement in April 2017, Alain held positions in IBM Belgium from 1984 to 2013, culminating as a Business Development Manager, where responsibilities included maximizing revenue for IBM Storage Systems and supporting business partners. Alain's earlier career included roles as a Software Developer and Project Manager at SAIT Electronics. Education includes a Civil Engineering degree from Université catholique de Louvain and a degree in Industrial Policy from KU Leuven.
