Iris Turner holds a B.A. in Sociology and a Master's degree, currently pursuing doctoral studies. Iris serves as a Director at Mary Kay Cosmetics and works as a Supportive Housing Case Manager at Caritas of Austin. Previous roles include Front-End Customer Experience Coordinator at Marshall's, Incontinence Coach Specialist at Longhorn Health Solutions, Customer Service Representative for A List Staffing Agency, Customer Advocate at LogistiCare, and Customer Service Advocate II at Blue Cross Blue Shield. Additionally, Iris has experience as a Long Term Substitute Teacher and Personal Care Attendant, contributing to the education and healthcare sectors. With a comprehensive background in customer service, case management, and advocacy for at-risk youth, Iris demonstrates a commitment to supporting individuals and communities.
