Veton Rruka

Veton Rruka is an experienced Senior Project Manager at Caritas Schweiz since March 2010, specializing in sustainable and inclusive rural economic development. Rruka has successfully led various projects, including the Prosper Agrarian Production project in Kosovo and initiatives focused on minority integration and social inclusion. Prior to this role, Rruka served as a Regional Coordinator for UNDP, managing housing assistance programs for minority returns in Kosovo, and as a Regional Training Coordinator for the OSCE, overseeing training for electoral staff. Rruka holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from AAB University and has contributed significantly to project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting throughout the career.
