Head of Retention & Email Marketing at CARIUMA

Jennifer Chiang is the current head of retention and email marketing at CARIUMA. Jennifer has over two years of experience in managing, developing, and executing email marketing strategies and communications. Prior to their current position, Jennifer was a manager of marketing at Centric Brands where they oversaw email campaigns for BCBGMaxazria, BCBGeneration, and Herve Leger.

Jennifer is experienced in working with cross-functional teams across various departments in order to develop campaigns for a better Omni-Channel experience. Jennifer is also skilled in building HTML emails and is responsible for managing a direct report. In 2019, they presented and led a roundtable discussion at the Bluecore Summit on Maintaining consumer-focused communication in email and satisfying marketing and merchandising goals.
