Uwe Roentgen

Uwe Roentgen has extensive work experience in various finance and managerial roles. Uwe started their career as an Auditor at Deloitte in 1995 and worked there until 1998. From 1998 to 2008, they held multiple roles at Lhoist / LWB Refractories, including Finance Manager and Manager Consolidation / Project SAP FI. In 2008, they joined Magnesita as VP Finance Europe, where they worked until 2013. From 2014 to 2018, they served as the Kaufmännische Leitung / CFO at Schulte-Schlagbaum AG. Finally, since 2018, they have been working as the CFO at CARL BECHEM GMBH.

Uwe Roentgen completed their primary and secondary education at Ernst-Moritz-Arndt Gymnasium Remscheid from 1977 to 1986, earning an Abitur qualification. In 1990, they enrolled at Ruhr University Bochum and pursued a Diploma in Economics, which they successfully completed in 1995. Uwe later attended another educational institution, INSEAD, in 2002, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. Additionally, in 2011, they participated in the Leading with Impact Course at Harvard Business School.
