Racquel Harris

Racquel Harris is an accomplished marketing and strategy professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Member at Bader Rutter and Carl Buddig and Company, and a Limited Partner at How Women Invest, Racquel also holds the position of President at RLH Strategy Advisors. Previously, Racquel held significant roles at Sam's Club, including VP Divisional Merchandise Manager and SVP Member Strategy & Marketing, where leadership resulted in improvements across multiple metrics and successful marketing campaigns. Racquel’s background includes senior positions at Kraft Foods, overseeing major brands and achieving substantial growth in market share, as well as early career experience at IBM as an Account Marketing Specialist. Racquel holds an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Duke University.
