Peter Herlitzius

Peter Herlitzius is currently the HR Director at Carl Kühne KG (GmbH & Co.), leading the areas of Personnel and Labor Law. Prior to this, Peter worked as a Rechtsanwalt at their own company, specializing in legal and HR consulting, restructuring, and serving as an Interim HR Executive. With an extensive career in various HR leadership roles at companies such as Galeria Kaufhof GmbH, Parfümerie Douglas, Vapiano SE, Tchibo, Reckitt Benckiser, and Unilever, Peter has a strong background in human resources management. Peter's education includes a degree in law from the University of Münster and completion of the Referendariat at Oberlandesgericht Hamm.
