Robert Hagemann

Robert Hagemann has held various roles throughout their work experience. Robert started their career as a volunteer and worked as a working student in IT at Otto International Hong Kong Ltd. Later, they joined Otto (GmbH & Co KG), where they held positions such as software developer, head of software delivery processes, head of shared IT infrastructure, and head of application management back office systems.

In 2011, Hagemann moved to Hamburg Süd, where they worked as a senior manager in IT procurement, controlling, and project management methods. Robert was responsible for overseeing IT strategy development and implementation, budget planning, and compliance. Robert managed multiple teams and organized planning workshops.

In 2017, Hagemann joined Jungheinrich AG as a senior manager in cross-functional services, where they managed teams responsible for application management, B2B services, collaboration solutions, and more. Robert later became the head of solution architecture and the head of IT & business transformation at Carl Küehne KG (GmbH & Co.), where they are currently employed.

Throughout their career, Hagemann has demonstrated expertise in IT governance, digital transformation, solution architecture, and business transformation.
