Kaleigh Belz is currently a Research Assistant at the Carl Levin Center for Oversight and Democracy, where responsibilities include managing a student team for data organization, writing summaries of congressional reports, and archiving related documents. Previous experience includes serving as a Summer Law Clerk/Intern at Legal Aid of Western Michigan, where research and drafting of legal documents were key tasks. Kaleigh also worked as a Substitute Teacher with EDUStaff, LLC, and held various roles at Oakland University, including Student Program Board President and Director of Audits and Meetings. Kaleigh has internship experience as an Accounting Intern at Yanfeng and as a Sales Associate at The Cottage Door. Kaleigh is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Wayne State University Law School after completing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at Oakland University.
