Evan Tomaskovic

Evan Tomaskovic has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, specializing in restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and financings. Evan started their career at Meyercord Advisors, Inc. as a Director from 1994 to 1997. Evan then worked at Lehman Brothers as a Vice President from 1998 to 2003. Following that, they joined RBS Greenwich Capital as a Senior Vice President from 2003 to 2005. Currently, they serve as the Managing Partner at Carl Marks Advisors, providing advice to a diverse range of clients including management teams, boards of directors, equity investors, and creditor groups.

Evan Tomaskovic pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General from Rutgers University, which they completed between the years 1990 and 1994. Later, they attended the NYU Stern School of Business from 1997 to 1999 where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance, General.
