Tom Cunningham

Tom Cunningham has a wealth of experience in finance and administration. Tom currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Iona Preparatory School. Prior to this, they served as a Managing Director at Carl Marks Advisors. At The College of New Rochelle, they held the role of VP Finance and Administration for four years. Tom also gained experience as the Chief Financial Officer at Filip Technologies, Inc and as a Managing Director at FTI Consulting and Capstone Advisory Group. Tom spent a significant part of their career at Interpublic Group, where they served as the SVP Finance for 17 years. Additionally, they held the role of SVP Finance at Draftfcb, where they oversaw the financial operations of domestic and international subsidiaries. Tom's expertise includes Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and international finance.

Tom Cunningham earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Manhattan College, where they studied from 1971 to 1975. Tom further pursued their education at Pace University - Lubin School of Business, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Corporate Financial Management. Tom attended Pace University from 1977 to 1980.
