Alyson Kil

Alyson Kil, MD, MPH, CPE, FACOEM, currently serves as a Force Health Protection Physician with the III Armored Corps and holds multiple key positions including Chief of Public Health and Public Health Emergency Officer at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center. Alyson also contributes as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and has an extensive military background with the US Army since 2010, where roles include Chief Medical Officer at Pine Bluff Arsenal. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Resident during an Occupational and Environmental Medicine residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Alyson holds a Master of Public Health in Occupational and Environmental Medicine and a Doctor of Medicine from reputable institutions.
