Ayan Das

Ayan Das has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Ayan'smost recent position is as Head of Consumable Operations at ZEISS Group, where they lead the consumable operations for Carl Zeiss in India and drives key supply chain initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as DGM - Supply Chain at Spencer's Retail, Logistics Manager at Philips India Ltd., Regional Logistics & Customer Service Manager at Britannia Industries Limited, and Asst.Manager (Logistics) at Transitions Optical. Ayan also held positions at United Liner Agencies of India (Private) Ltd, Watanmal Group, ITC, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Ltd, and Pantaloon Retail India Ltd. In these roles, they demonstrated skills in vendor management, warehouse management, planning, and coordination.

Ayan Das completed a PGDM in Transportation and Logistics from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sciences from Punjab University, which they completed from 1997 to 2000. Ayan also attended DAV School where they completed their Higher Secondary education in Sciences from 1996 to 1997.
