Christine Werling

Christine Werling has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and consulting. Christine is currently a Recruiting Lead for MED & IQR at ZEISS Group since November 2023. Previously, they worked as a Manager of Strategic HR at Aalberts Surface Technologies from April 2020 to November 2023, and as an HR Manager for Recruiting & Development from March 2019 to March 2020. Prior to that, Christine held various roles at Kienbaum, including Senior Consultant from January 2018 to February 2019, Consultant from January 2015 to December 2017, and Senior Associate from March 2012 to December 2014. Christine also worked as a Manager of Candidate Relations at Hays from August 2011 to November 2011.

Christine Werling has a degree in psychology and adult education from the University of Tübingen. Christine also holds a certification as a systemic business coach from Kröber Kommunikation. Additionally, they have completed a personal development program at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
