Frank Ebbers

Frank Ebbers serves as the Corporate Information Security Manager at ZEISS Group since March 2024, focusing on integrating Security by Design into business processes. Frank is also the Co-Founder and CEO of innoDuck Engineering GbR since June 2015, where management of various IT projects and consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises is a primary responsibility. Frank had previous roles including Research Assistant at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI and a research visit at Fraunhofer Singapore, where insights were gained for a doctoral thesis on the Internet of Things. Additional experiences include a master thesis at Bosch on privacy in IoT and various positions in project management, internships, and student assistance, contributing to software development and educational support. Frank holds a doctorate in Business Informatics from Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main and has earned a Master of Science from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and a Bachelor of Arts from Hochschule Neu-Ulm.
