Heiko Winkler

Heiko Winkler has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 1988 to 2001, they served as an officer in the Bundeswehr. Heiko then joined MTU Aero Engines in 2001, where they initially worked as an IT-Projektleiter until 2005. Heiko then transitioned to the role of Corporate Security Officer until 2010. In 2011, Heiko joined the ZEISS Group as the Head of Corporate Security, a position they held until 2022. In 2023, they assumed the role of Head of Corporate Health, Safety & Security at ZEISS Group.

Heiko Winkler attended Bundeswehr University Munich from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Wirtschafts- und Organisationswissenschaften.
