Heinrich Schneider has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Heinrich began their career with an apprenticeship as a Toolmaker at ELORA-Werkzeugfabrik GmbH in 1985. Heinrich then worked as a Quality Engineer at Eppendorf Group from 1995 to 1997. Following this, they joined Procter & Gamble, Gillette, Oral-B, and BRAUN, where they held positions as a Quality Engineer and later as a Manager in Supplier Management from 1997 to 2006. Schneider then moved to Schneider Electric-ELAU GmbH, where they served as Vice President of Purchasing from 2006 to 2011. Heinrich later worked as the Director of Purchasing at GOLDBECK Solar GmbH from 2011 to 2013. Heinrich joined ZEISS Group-Carl Zeiss AG in 2013 as a Commodity Manager Electronics and Plastics, and currently holds the position of Senior Director Global Procurement.
Heinrich Schneider has a Diploma in Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) in General Mechanical Engineering from Hochschule Trier and a Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. in Industrial Engineering from Technische Hochschule Wildau. Heinrich also holds a qualification as a Quality Engineer (Qualitätsfach-Ing.) in Quality Management from the Institute of Distance Learning - Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology. Additionally, they have a Certificate of Apprenticeship as a Toolmaker from Berufsbildende Schule Technik Koblenz. Heinrich Schneider has obtained various certifications including DGQ-Auditor, EOQ-Quality Auditor, EOQ-Quality Systems Manager, and Prozess-/Lieferantenauditor VDA 6.3. Heinrich also holds the title of Qualitätsfachingenieur from Fernstudieninstitut - Berliner Hochschule für Technik (BHT).
