Olga Terekhina

Olga Terekhina has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Olga currently holds the position of Head of Financial Control at ZEISS Group since April 2022 and also previously served as the Head of Cash & Credit Management for Russia/CIS at the same company starting from April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Financial Control for Russia/CIS at ZEISS Group from January 2020 to March 2021.

Before joining ZEISS Group, Olga was a Finance Business Partner at OZON.ru, an e-commerce start-up, from October 2019 to January 2020. Olga contributed to various finance processes during their tenure.

Olga has also gained significant experience at Baxter International Inc, where they held multiple roles. Olga served as a Finance Manager Internal Controls for Russia&CIS from March 2016 to November 2018, managing internal control, risk management, and acting as a trusted business partner. Prior to that, they worked as a Finance Manager for CIS & Israel from February 2012 to March 2016, overseeing finance processes and leading successful projects.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Finance Controller at De Agostini LLC from January 2007 to February 2012, where they managed financial forecasting, budgets, compliance, and played a crucial role in implementing various projects. Olga also worked at ABBOTT Laboratories S.A. Russia/CIS as a Deputy Chief Accountant and Senior Accountant from 2004 to 2007. Olga has experience in the manufacturing industry as well, having worked at Bestfoods Russia as Deputy Chief Accountant and at OOO "Konvent-Service" Rus as Chief Accountant.

Olga Terekhina completed their MBA in Finance from Moscow International Higher Business School "MIRBIS" in 2003. In 2002, they also pursued an MBA in Finance from London Metropolitan University. Olga obtained their Engineer/Mathematician degree in Applied Mathematics from Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University) from 1988 to 1994. In 1996-1997, they studied Economics at the Institute of Economics and Culture. Currently, they are in progress towards obtaining an ACCA qualification, having passed F5. In addition, Olga has obtained various certifications, including training in emotional intelligence, leveraging emotions for change, Power BI Desktop, decision-making as a manager, and transitioning from manager to leader, all obtained in 2021 from LinkedIn.
